Personal Data Protection Notice

How we collect and use personal data when handling a leakage case.

Interfloor Leakage Solutions (part of Mr Problem) collects personal data such as your name, contact number, email address, unit number and photographs of the affected area in order to register, inspect and resolve water leakage cases, to prepare inspection reports, quotations and, for building management, the statutory Certificate of Inspection (Form 28).

Case information is shared only with the parties involved in that case: the building management body that manages the development, the owner or tenant of the affected unit, the owner or tenant of the unit identified as the source, and our technicians. Case pages are not public and are protected by individual secure links.

We retain case records for as long as needed to complete the case and to comply with legal obligations under the Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us.

By submitting a leakage report you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described above, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
